Malvin Music Group runs this portal for the artists, teams and crews we work with. This page explains what we keep, why, and who handles it.
What we keep
Your name and email address, the projects you are invited to, and what you add to them: notes, replies, posts and status changes. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us.
Why
Only to run the projects you are part of: showing you the right songs, notes and files, and sending you the updates you chose to receive.
Who handles it
Supabase stores the data and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the portal. Resend sends our emails. Dropbox holds project files. Google handles sign-in if you choose it. They process data on our behalf and for nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Our website counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Videos on the website load from YouTube or Vimeo only when you press play.
Your choices
You can change how often we email you in My settings. To see, correct or delete your data, write to us and we will take care of it.
